Job Title: Safe Launch Associate – 2nd Shift

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Safe Launch Associate to join our team on 2nd shift. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality during production launches. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with computers, conducting quality inspections, and following established processes to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform safe launch quality checks on products and materials.
• Use computers and data entry systems to record inspection results accurately.
• Identify, document, and report any defects or nonconformities.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
• Support production teams in maintaining product standards during launch phases.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding findings.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work with computers and perform accurate data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and able to work scheduled 2nd shift hours.
