A leading manufacturer in Sparta, TN is seeking an experienced Tool Maker to join their team.

Position Details:

• Salary: $45,000 – $52,000 per year

• Schedule: Full-time, on-site

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Injection Mold Tooling required

Responsibilities:

• Build, repair, and maintain precision tooling and molds for injection molding operations

• Operate and maintain CNC and manual machines to fabricate parts

• Ensure tooling meets exact specifications and quality standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues to minimize downtime

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on tool design and improvements

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on Tool Maker experience with injection mold tooling

• Strong knowledge of machining, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
