NOW HIRING: Quality Engineer Assistant 

Location: Sparta, TN
Starting Pay: $15/hr.
Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift

Are you a motivated, detail-driven individual with a passion for quality and a desire to grow in a technical role? We’re looking for a Quality Engineer Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!

 What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Familiarity with at least 3 of the 5 Quality Core Tools, especially:

  • PPAP – Production Part Approval Process

  • MSA – Measurement System Analysis

  • FMEA – Failure Mode and Effects Analysis

•  A strong desire to learn the complexities of Quality Engineering in line with QMS (Quality Management System) standards

•  Motivation, discipline, and a can-do attitude

• Certifications not required – we’re willing to train the right candidate!

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in quality audits and documentation

• Support process improvements and corrective actions

• Learn and apply quality tools to real-world production problems

• Help maintain quality standards across departments
