Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a strong background in quality control?

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a leading manufacturing team in Sparta, TN. This role is ideal for someone passionate about precision, process improvement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Lead and oversee quality control processes across production

• Proficient use of micrometers, calipers, pen gages, and comparators

• Hands-on experience with Keyence systems

• Solid understanding and application of 5 Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)

• Monitor compliance, troubleshoot quality issues, and implement improvements

Qualifications:

• Previous quality leadership in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to train and mentor QC staff

• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

Pay Range:
$45,000–$65,000/year, based on experience and skill set
